Full details are at Hubbards

Here are just a few stories:

Feeding families

Every 3 minutes a family carries a food parcel out of a foodbank.

Just imagine you took a minute and asked your local supermarket if they donated to foodbanks.

Just imagine a family finding a treat for the kids that night because you did that..

All it takes is a minute.

Big Brothers Big Sisters

Every 20 minutes a referral is made to Child Youth and Family.
Just imagine you took a minute and found out how you could change a life by becoming a mentor in the Big Brothers Big Sisters program.

Just imagine it became the most rewarding thing you’ve ever done.

All it takes is a minute.

Hello!

One in every seven homes are homes to domestic violence

These days, many of us don’t know our neighbors.  We may know what they look like, what car they drive – but wouldn’t exchanging phone numbers be a good idea?

Just take a minute to go to two “strangers” in your street – introduce yourself, and offer your phone number for emergencies.

Stand back – watch their reaction.

All it takes is a minute.

Because we all deserve a decent place to live

Every 36 hours a homeless family gets given a key to their new home

Just imagine you took a minute and found out how you could be part of building that home for them - by joining Habitat for Humanity

Just imagine being the one to hand over the key.

All it takes is a minute.
